London, England– Tracy Porter, 9 year NFL veteran and Super Bowl Champion has a lot of experience in the NFL. He also has experience winning a Super Bowl. Porter recently did a two week international branding tour through Europe. Visiting cities such as London, Amsterdam and Milan, Italy.
Tracy was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2008 and soon became a legend. The 2009 season was a great one for the New Orleans Saints, with Porter playing a vital role in the defense that lead the Who Dat Nation to the NFC Championship game versus the Minnesota Vikings at the dome in New Orleans. Following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, this game meant more to the people of New Orleans than anyone could imagine.
Later, with less than a minute left in regulation, and the Vikings almost within range of a game-winning field goal, Porter intercepted a pass from Viking’s quarterback Brett Favre, sending the game to overtime. The Saints later prevailed with a final score of 31-28.
In similar fashion, on an even larger scale Porter shined.
Late in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XLIV against the Indianapolis Colts with the Colts in Saints’ territory, Tracy Porter jumped Colts WR Reggie Wayne‘s route and intercepted Peyton Manning‘s pass, returning it 74-yards for a touchdown.
The score ended the Colts’ hopes of a comeback and sealed New Orleans’ first Super Bowl victory.
During his time in London, Porter had a chance to sit down and talk a bit about his thoughts on the 2018 post-season. And how his former team, the Chicago Bears would fare. He called it right saying that the Bears should make the playoffs.
In this video, Porter discusses in detail the Chicago Bears defense and predicts,
“Bears can go as far as defense can take them”
