The transition from professional sports into the business world can be challenging for athletes.  Realistically, very few athletes actually get the choice of when their athletic career comes to an end.  Even if an athlete has a long successful career in professional sports, they still have to support themselves after it is all set and done.  At BG, we incorporate the concept of “planting seeds now for growth in the future” to help make this transition as positive and as smooth as possible.
